            I would like to sing the praises of Zahn Luxury Homes who built a new home for me a few years ago, after knocking down my old house. When I was thinking about doing this I watched Zahn build the new home next door to me. As I watched the progress I noticed that they seemed very attentive to the construction of the house by their Forman, they cleaned up the lot at days end and the construction went on each day in an orderly manner. As my family is in the home building business up North, I recognized a good builder when I saw one. I met with them and they showed me a model of a home that was just what I wanted and so we began. As I am a “snowbird” I was not there for most of the time they were building my house. I had to put my faith in their honesty and integrity in completing my job. They did a GREAT job and I am so satisfied with my beautiful new home. As I know from being in the business, all new houses are not perfect. There are always a few little things that have to be tweaked after taking possession. But, the Zahn’ took care of each and every little thing that had to be done. Even now, a few years later, I have been able to call them with questions about this or that and they have always been kind enough to help me. All in all, the attention they paid and the quality of their work and materials, in and out, have made for a very satisfied customer.

My wife Renee and I found Zahn Luxury Homes after an unsuccessful experience with an architect.  We are glad we did.

We saw a home you were building up the street from our property.  The exterior of the home was perfect for us.  We were looking for a different interior and you gladly worked with us on a custom design.  We got everything we wanted.

The best part was the building process.  You were able to complete the building of our home in about 10 months, on schedule and on budget.  I understand that this is nearly impossible to do in Florida but you and your team did it.

The quality of our home is excellent.  We have been living in the house for three years now and have had surprisingly few issues.
