We saw a home you were building up the street from our property.  The exterior of the home was perfect for us.  We were looking for a different interior and you gladly worked with us on a custom design.  We got everything we wanted.

The best part was the building process.  You were able to complete the building of our home in about 10 months, on schedule and on budget.  I understand that this is nearly impossible to do in Florida but you and your team did it.

The quality of our home is excellent.  We have been living in the house for three years now and have had surprisingly few issues.

We wholeheartedly recommend Zahn Luxury Homes to anyone who is considering building a home.  We know other families living in Zahn homes and they all feel the same way.
